This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on luxxesims.com, what each one does and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Policy. The website is run by Luxxe Global Limited, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong (“Luxxe eSims”, “we”, “us”). What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, such as keeping items in your basket. Others help us understand how the site is used or measure our advertising. Similar technologies, such as pixels and tags, work in the same way, and this policy covers them too.
Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks for your cookie choices. You can choose Accept all, Reject all (the two buttons are the same size) or choose by category. Wherever you are, analytics and marketing cookies and tags stay off until you choose Accept. If you choose Reject all or ignore the banner, only strictly necessary cookies are set and no Google or Meta analytics or advertising tag is loaded. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Reject all.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We keep your choice for 12 months and then ask again. We also keep a record of each choice (a random consent ID, the date and time, the choice and the policy version, with no IP address) so we can show what you agreed to if you ask.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off, because the shop, checkout and payment security depend on them. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, including checkout, may then stop working.

Advertising measurement without cookies
When you place an order, and only if you have accepted marketing cookies, we share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address with Google (“enhanced conversions”) and Meta. They use it only to match the order to an advert you saw or clicked, and they cannot read your email address from the scrambled version. Until you accept, the Google and Meta tag files are not loaded at all, so nothing is sent to Google or Meta for analytics or advertising. If you accept analytics but not marketing, only Google Analytics loads.
Other services that load on our pages
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and may load the Google Translate tool. To deliver these, Google receives your device’s IP address and basic browser information. They do not set advertising cookies on our behalf.
How we keep this list accurate
No new tag, pixel or plugin is added to the site until it has been approved and added to this list. We check the live site against this list every quarter.
