If your device has an option to add an eSIM in its settings, it supports eSIM functionality. The exact location of this option depends on your device model:
Apple devices: Go to Cellular or Mobile Data and look for “Add eSIM.”
Samsung devices: Open SIM Manager and look for “Add eSIM.”
Google Pixel devices: Go to SIMs and select “Download a new eSIM.”
A carrier-locked or network-locked device can only use SIM cards or networks from one specific mobile provider. If your device is locked, you won’t be able to use Luxxesims until it’s unlocked.
For security reasons, the Luxxesims app may not function on devices identified as jailbroken or rooted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If your current device is rooted or jailbroken, please use another compatible device to access the Luxxesims app. You can still purchase an eSIM from Luxxesims and use it on a device that hasn’t been modified.
